Our history
The estate has been occupied since at least the 16th century, with the site occupied by a fortified castle known as The Bouquet. By the beginning of the 18th Century, the estate comprised 265 hectares (650 acres). Learn more.
Our terroir
Our soil is mainly made up of large round quartz stones mixed with sandy red clay. This is a very dry region where the prevailing wind, the Mistral, blows all year long. The heat of the day is stored by the stones and released at night. Learn more
